<正>James Whyte Black因发明β受体阻滞剂普萘洛尔而获得1988年诺贝尔医学奖。自1964年普萘洛尔作为第一个β受体阻滞剂上市,β受体阻滞剂至今已有50年的历史。目前,β受体阻滞剂在治疗高血压、冠状动脉性心脏病(冠心病)、心力衰竭和快速心律失常领域中具有无可辩驳的循证证据。β受体阻滞剂的出现被认为是18世纪洋地黄发明以来心血管领域重大的医学突破。β受体阻滞剂的治疗学主要概括为药
