摘要
本文在国外的相关研究基础上,探讨中国企业员工价值取向、管理模式与管理绩效的关系。研究表明,在个体取向文化的企业,员工参与程度对管理绩效有影响;在集体取向文化的企业,员工参与程度对管理绩效没有明显影响。
