脑外伤后不同时间移植神经干细胞的疗效对比研究

摘要
目的通过观察脑外伤后不同时间移植神经干细胞的疗效,探讨脑外伤后进行神经干细胞移植的最佳时机。方法将成年大鼠制成脑外伤模型,分别在伤后即时、24h、48h三个时点进行神经干细胞移植,治疗后比较其行为学、流式细胞仪计数、免疫组化染色、电镜观察等指标。结果移植组较对照组各项指标均有改善,24h移植组在流式细胞仪计数、免疫组化染色、电镜观察等指标上较其他各组改善更加明显(P<0.05),而行为学改善与其他实验组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑外伤后24h是进行神经干细胞移植的适宜时间。
