<正>传统观念认为,超重和肥胖对骨具有保护作用,有利于抗骨质疏松,而低体质量则是骨量减少的危险因素[1]。肥胖者骨密度(BMD)比较高的原因包括:骨骼承受的机械负荷一方面通过Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,促进成骨细胞增殖分化,从而刺激成骨[2];另一方面通过调节核因子-κB(NF-κB)受体激活物配基(RANKL)/护骨素(OPG)系统,抑制
