流感与禽流感及其疫苗研究进展

摘要
人甲型流感病毒都由禽流感病毒进化而来,在人类免疫系统巨大选择压力下经过长期的进化,形成了能与人类同存的弱毒力株。抗原漂移和抗原转换是流感病毒变异的两个重要机制。长期的小范围流行伴随着极个别大规模流行是流感病毒在人群中流行的模式。常用流感疫苗为灭活亚单位疫苗,其他新型疫苗也层出不穷。疫苗的使用需要规范化。
