摘要：

幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃肠道疾病密切相关,有学者提出口腔内亦存在Hp,且其与胃内Hp感染之间有一定的相关性,口腔Hp可能是胃内Hp感染的重要储存库,是胃内Hp根除治疗后复发或再感染的主要原因。
