摘要：

透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)是一种独特的线性黏多糖,广泛分布于人体各组织的细胞外基质中,具有很强的亲水性和高度的黏弹性HA是关节滑液的主要成分,由滑膜细胞、成纤维细胞和软骨细胞分泌,在保护关节软骨中起着重要作用。目前,HA已广泛应用于运动医学领域、特别是骨关节炎治疗,同时也被用于关节扭伤、冻结肩和肩袖损伤等疾病治疗。本文就HA的理化特性及其在运动医学中的应用情况作一综述。
