This thesis briefs the general conception and structure of social accounting matrix.Forthcoming with the example of Beijin province of china,demonstrate how to utilize the hand reaching data from yearbook and other related data to construct china’s provincial social accounting matrix.The regional SAM is especial useful for more micro details impact effect resulting from the policy changing by the methods of CGE model.
