摘要：

目的　研究谷胱甘肽 s-转移酶基因多态性 (GSTM1、GSTT1)与大肠癌危险性的综合危险性。方法　采用随机效应模型进行 Meta综合分析。结果　 GSTM1、GSTT1基因多态性与大肠癌的综合危险性 (ORs)及其 95 %可信区间分别为 1.0 80 (1.0 6 0～ 1.0 99) ,1.377(1.173～ 1.6 16 )。结论　 GSTM1、GSTT1基因缺失型可增加大肠癌的危险性 ,GSTT1缺失型危险性稍高于 GSTM1,但均为弱联系
