摘要：

<正>自20世纪90年代以来,肝移植已经成为治疗终末期肝脏疾病的唯一有效治疗手段。经过数十年的发展,供肝短缺已经成为限制经典肝移植进一步发展的主要障碍。而活体肝移植有望有效解决这一供需矛盾。与其他类型肝移植不同的是,供者的安全是首先要得到保证的。针对变异的解剖结构,活体肝移植技术不断改进。而术后并发症仍然是影响手术预后的重要因素。本文将针对近年来活体肝移植技术的最新发展进行文献综述。诞生于20世纪60年代的肝移植技术使得治疗终末期肝脏疾病成为可能。然而,供肝的巨大短缺
