摘要：
This paper reported the aminolysis of colchicine and antitumor activity of its derivatives.The results of leukeamia K562 cell growth inhibition tests in vitro showed that all derivatives had moderate antitumor activities and no cytotoxic activity to SGC 7901 cell line.
