益气化瘀法对体外培养子宫肌瘤细胞增殖凋亡相关蛋白表达影响的研究

摘要：

目的:研究具有益气化瘀功效的中药复方化瘤方对体外培养子宫肌瘤细胞增殖相关蛋白(PCNA)、凋亡相关蛋白(Bcl-2、Fas/Fas-L)表达的影响。方法:制备化瘤方、宫瘤宁、米非司酮药物血清,采用免疫细胞化学方法检测药物作用后增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),凋亡相关基因(Bcl-2)蛋白、Fas及其配体Fas-L变化。结果:3种药物血清均能明显下调PCNA、Bcl-2、Fas及其配体Fas-L蛋白在肌瘤细胞中的表达(P<0.001)。结论:中药复方化瘤方通过降低PCNA蛋白表达,直接抑制子宫肌瘤细胞增殖;调节Bcl-2、Fas-L蛋白表达诱导子宫肌瘤细胞凋亡。
