<正>急性脑梗死是神经内科常见病,约占急性脑血管病的70%,好发于中老年人[1]。在我国每年发病率达120/10万180/10万,病死率达60/10万120/10万,已成为继恶性肿瘤后的第2位死亡和主要病残原因,严重威胁人类健康[1]。其临床治疗的主要手段包括卒中单元（SU）的全面及综合治疗、溶栓治疗、抗血小板聚集治疗和其他治疗(康复、
