脂肪干细胞研究进展与应用前景

摘要
脂肪干细胞是一类存在于脂肪组织中,能够自我更新、具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在一定的条件下可以分化成许多有特定功能的细胞系,具有一般干细胞的特点,可作为多种组织工程的种子细胞。现就脂肪干细胞的生物学特性、多向分化的潜能以及在骨组织工程领域中的研究进展作一综述。
