摘要：

影响护士工作满意度的四大因素是护士的个体差异、工作本身、工作环境、医院的政策和制度,因此,提高护士工作满意度的策略是加强护士自身因素的完善、完善工作本身、改善工作环境、提高医院的管理水平。
