摘要：

学科建设是高等学校建设的核心 ,也是一项涉及面很广的系统工程 ,必须将之纳入学校整体建设的系统中加以考虑。在新的形势下进行学科建设 ,应明确学科建设的定位和目标 ,确立合理的学科体系、结构和布局 ,加强科学研究的组织形式、学科带头人和学术队伍建设 ,正确处理学科建设与科研工作、教学工作的关系 ,并积极利用高等教育国际化带来的机遇 ,加快学科建设的进程
