摘要
<正>随着神经解剖学、神经生物学和临床检测手段的发展与进步,有关帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)的研究越来越多。PD不仅仅是一种单纯的运动障碍病,它还会影响到患者的认知功能、精神行为、自主神经功能及感觉系统。近年来,PD所导致的认知功能障碍引起了较多学者的关注。有研究发现,超过80%的PD患者会出现认知功能改变,约30%的患者最终会进展为帕金森病痴呆(Parkinson's diseasedementia,PDD),严重影响到患者的生活质量及治疗效果。PD
