<正>羟乙基淀粉(HES)用于临床预防和治疗低血容量已近六十余年,HES临床应用的优缺点一直为相关学界所关注,近年来有学者对包括HES在内的多种液体对重症患者肾功能和死亡率影响的研究结果进行了荟萃分析,欧洲某药品监管机构还提出了在欧洲暂停授权允许使用HES的建议。应该如何看待HES临床应用的争论,世界上主要国家又是如何规范HES的临床应用,笔者就此阐述以下观点,以
