<正> 关于克-雅氏病(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease,CJD)的临床和病理描述最早出现于20世纪20年代。最初报道通常为家族性和散发性CJD病例,20世纪80年代医源性CJD也有报道。20世纪90年代牛海绵状脑病(bovine spongiform encephalopa-thy,BSE),俗称“疯牛病”,在英国的蔓延引起了世人密切关注。从1996年英国发现和确诊首例变异性CJD(vCJD)患者至今,全世界已经有超过150例vCJD确诊患者。本文对vCJD的研究进展进行了综述。
