摘要：

目的　通过检测直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的表达 ,探讨其对直肠癌的发生、发展及其对预后的意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法 ,检测直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的表达。结合组织学分类、淋巴结转移等分析。结果　正常结肠粘膜中VEGF及PCNA的阳性率分别为 15 .4 %及 6 .7% ,直肠腺瘤中VEGF及PCNA的阳性率分别为 16 %及 2 8% ,直肠癌中VEGF及PCNA的阳性表达率分别为 4 5 .5 %及 84 .9%。结论　综合检测VEGF与PCNA ,对于直肠癌的诊断、治疗及预后有较明显的指导意义。
