摘要：

1981年1月至1984年4月我院共收治急性发作期肺心病236例,其中发生多脏器损害者85例(36.0%)。85例中死亡43例(50.6%),其中以肺性脑病并应激性溃疡病死率最高,4例均死亡。本文就肺心病急性发作期并发多系统器官衰竭或损害的发生机理作了讨论,并提出肺心病急性发作期治疗中的一些初步意见。
