正常人的脑干反应测听

摘要：

脑干反应测听是用电子计算机叠加平均技术从颅外记录脑干听觉诱发电位的方法。从颅外头皮记录到潜伏期在10毫秒(ms)以内的诱发电位的来源,可能在脑干的听觉通路上,称为听觉脑干反应。1974年开始把此方法用于婴儿与成人的听力检查。脑干反应测听不仅可作为一种电反应测听法用于耳科,而且对中枢神经系统疾患的定位诊断也有一定的价值。我们测试了听力正常的青年人的听觉脑干反应,并计算出正常值,供今后研究工作参考。
