摘要
重复经颅磁刺激通过对大脑特定皮质部位重复刺激,可能以半球间抑制、代偿等机制,实现神经可塑性。刺激频率、强度、刺激时长的灵活组合对脑卒中患者上肢功能有不同的改善效果。
