摘要：

<正>腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术是安全可行的,具有切口小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,但其疗效仍然有争议。为此本文对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术、开腹手术进行比较,探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的临床效果。
