莫沙比利、百忧解联合治疗老年人功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘要：

目的 :了解莫沙比利、百忧解联合应用对老年人功能性消化不良 (FD)的治疗效果。方法 :选取近三年来本院 111例老年人功能性消化不良患者 ,随机分为两组。治疗组采用莫沙比利、百忧解 (氟西汀 )联合治疗 ;对照组采用吗叮啉、硫糖铝、雷尼替丁治疗。结果 :治疗组患者症状缓解显效率达 3 0 .91% ,总有效率达70 .91% ,分别优于对照组的 8.93 %和 2 8.5 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :莫沙比利、百忧解联合治疗对老年人功能性消化不良有良好疗效
