摘要：

骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)是最常见的骨质疏松性骨折,多导致腰背部急慢性疼痛和畸形,使患者生活质量下降及远期死亡风险增加。目前相关流行病学研究揭示了OVCF发病率、发病特点及危险因素,为防治工作提供理论基础。轻度OVCF多采用保守治疗,措施包括卧床休息、疼痛控制、佩戴支具及康复治疗等。近年研究提倡对急性伴严重疼痛OVCF行经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP),多项研究证实这2种微创手术能显著改善椎体功能、缓解疼痛及降低死亡风险。OVCF后再发骨折风险极高,对原有骨质疏松(OP)的治疗是预防OVCF的关键。该文就近年关于OVCF的研究进展作一综述。
