<正>阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是发生在老年及老年前期、以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经退行性病变。据国际阿尔茨海默病协会(ADI)的"世界阿尔茨海默病2015年报告",目前世界范围内60岁以上老年人大约有9亿人;估计全球共有约4600万痴呆患者,这一数量将以每20年递增1倍的速度逐渐增加,预计到2030年将达到7470万,到2050年将达1亿3150万。估
