2型糖尿病病人自我护理行为与心理一致感、抑郁的相关性研究

摘要：

[目的]探讨2型糖尿病病人心理一致感、抑郁与自我护理行为的关系。[方法]采用2型糖尿病自我护理量表(2-DSCS)、心理一致感量表(SOC-13)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对门诊就诊和住院的120例确诊为2型糖尿病6个月以上的病人进行问卷调查,用Pearsons相关分析等统计学方法进行统计处理。[结果]2型糖尿病病人心理一致感与自我护理行为相关系数为0.441(P<0.01),抑郁总分和自我护理行为总分的相关系数为-0.436(P<0.01)。[结论]2型糖尿病病人自我护理行为与心理一致感呈正相关,与抑郁呈负相关。
