摘要：

强迫症是临床上较常见的一种精神障碍,该病治疗常较困难,临床上常用的一线药物是5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRI),当患者对这类药物效果不好时,可以加用抗精神病药物作为增效剂,本文就抗精神病药物在强迫症患者中的应用进展作一综述。
