摘要
牛奶中霉菌毒素含量的定性或定量测定对于牛奶中霉菌毒素的研究具有重要的作用,文章综述了TLC法、HPLC法、LC-MS法、ELISA法等牛奶中霉菌毒素常用检测方法的原理、优缺点及检测方法的发展,为牛奶中霉菌毒素的研究提供参考。
