正念减压疗法的神经机制及应用研究述评

摘要
正念减压疗法(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,MBSR)是一种通过系统的正念冥想训练,减轻个体压力,加强情绪管理,进而提高个体心身调节能力,促进个体临床适应性的自我管理方法。研究表明,正念减压疗法能够增强机体大脑额叶区域θ波的活动,激发注意、情绪等相关脑区的活动水平,提高左颞上回和右侧海马等区域的灰质密度。正念减压疗法经常被应用于慢性疼痛、高血压以及一些精神疾病的康复辅助治疗,同时也应用于正常个体的心身保健。但是,正念减压疗法的过往研究还存在某些局限性,今后宜进一步完善实验方法,明确作用机制,以期在社会生活中发挥更大的作用。
