<正>小儿脑性瘫痪(cerebral palsy,CP)简称脑瘫,是指出生前到生后1个月内由各种原因引起的脑损伤或发育缺陷所致的运动障碍及姿势异常〔1〕。该病是涉及神经、运动、认知等领域的小儿主要致残性疾病之一,从1861年英国医生Little提出脑瘫这一概念起,对其病因学的研究一直弃而不舍,但因其难以在人群研究基础上进行脑瘫风险因素分析,故而国内外多采用回顾性的病例对照分析方法,因其病因及病理机
