聚晶金刚石表面微结构的激光加工实验

摘要
表面微结构刀具对改善刀-工摩擦接触状态、刀具磨损及抗黏附性方面具有积极作用。在聚晶金刚石刀具表面,利用光纤激光器进行了不同形状的微结构加工,并分析了扫描速度、脉冲频率和平均输出功率等不同工艺参数对微沟槽形貌和质量的影响。实验结果表明:随着平均输出功率和脉冲频率的增加,微沟槽宽度和深度分别表现出增大和减小的趋势;采用较小的扫描速度和和较大的平均输出功率能够降低沟槽侧壁粗糙度,改善微沟槽的形貌质量。
