摘要：

商业贿赂是商业领域给予和收受贿赂的行为,它危害社会经济秩序,是实务中治理监管的重点对象。国内外研究者从诱致商业贿赂发生的宏观、中观和微观三个层面的因素进行了实证研究,以及它们对公司商业贿赂倾向及支付金额的作用。基于微观的公司视角,研究发现,当前存在的主要问题有:较多关注公司对政府官员的贿赂,忽略了其他受贿对象;就公司贿赂的经济后果提供的经验证据不足,且缺乏长期的动态考查等。治理商业贿赂的途径有:严厉打击,提高商业贿赂的违法成本;严格防范,抑制商业贿赂的诱发因素;道德教化,形成反贿赂的社会文化。
