摘要：

IL-6是一种具有分化和促进生长作用的多种生物活性的细胞因子,是参与机体各种调节的重要细胞因子,IL-6与特异性IL-6受体结合,相互作用并激活心肌细胞丰富的信号转导受体复合物-gp130,发挥负性肌力和细胞毒作用,IL-6与动脉粥样硬化、冠心病以及心衰的发生、发展有着密切的关系。
