摘要：

<正>近年,在类风湿关节炎(RA)早期诊断和治疗方面的变化主要在以下4个方面:抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)检测提高了RA诊断的特异性;更加积极使用口服缓解病情抗风湿药物(DMARDs)及生物制剂使大多数患者达到了疾病活动度的良好控制;对RA发病机制的进一步了解和新RA分类标准的发布使疾病的早期诊断和治疗成为现实;以及诸多对治疗反应及安全性的检测方法。
