<正>肿瘤是一种消耗性疾病,患者因机体组织贮存的脂肪迅速丢失,继而肌蛋白过度分解,造成营养不良,有的甚至发展成恶液质。据报道[1-7],门诊和住院肿瘤患者的营养不良发生率分别为32.0%～33.8%[1-2],47.7%～49.0%[3-4],而恶性或晚期肿瘤患者的营养不良比例高达68.0%～76.5%[5-7]。严重的营养不良造成患者生活质量下降、器官功能障碍和并发症增加,甚至
