摘要：

吸收能力理论是近十几年来组织学习领域的一个研究热点。已有的文献主要集中在以下三个方面:(1)吸收能力概念本身的定义与操作化;(2)吸收能力对知识转移和组织学习、创新和组织绩效的影响;(3)影响吸收能力的相关前因变量的探讨。本文以此为主线,对国外有关这一课题的主要研究成果进行了总结与评述,并针对这一研究领域内存在的不足,提出了若干后续的研究建议。
