摘要：

发展中国家的城市化进程中 ,城市人口快速增长 ,但缺乏相应的就业机会 ,从而导致为谋生计到非正规经济部门中去工作 ,这些部门的引发与增长形成第三世界国家城市的一种新的经济活动特征 ,并影响了城市中心区的空间结构形态 ,本文对此予以综述 ,认为非正规经济活动尽管为当地政府所漠视 ,也改变了城市中心区的自然特征 ,但其为社会提供必须的服务和对国民经济发展所起的作用则不容否定 ,虽这一过程与官方的有关规范是相抵触的。笔者认为 ,政府要正视现实 ,有必要采取一些积极的措施 ,以引导非正规经济活动的健康成长 ,规划师也应从中重视与鼓励其增长 ,而不是预防与控制其发展
