摘要：

SSR(simple sequence repeat)作为第2代基于PCR的一种新型DNA分子遗传标记,数量丰富、多态性高、重复性好、分布于整个基因组、特异位点扩增、发生频率高、共显性遗传。对SSR引物开发,SSR标记在葡萄品种鉴别、系谱重建、遗传图谱构建、商业品种保护等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并指出了未来的研究方向。
