摘要
目的 介绍骨髓基质细胞 (marrow stromal cells,MSCs)基因表达与其生物学特性、诱导分化、基因治疗、造血调控和创伤修复中的炎症反应等方面的研究进展。 方法 查阅国内外近年有关文献 ,并做综合分析。 结果MSCs不仅能在不同的条件下表达中胚层、内胚层和外胚层的特异性基因 ,而且能稳定地表达转导的外源基因 ,并且对造血系统有支持作用 ,也参加创伤修复过程中的炎症反应。 结论  MSCs是一种具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的干细胞 ,且体外易于扩增 ,是一种理想的细胞治疗和基因治疗的靶细胞。
