摘要：

描述了基于 Internet的实时 GPS(全球定位系统 )同步广域频率监控网 (FNET)。 FNET以 Internet为底层通信机构 ,使广域数据传输和数据采集成为可能。可以选择测量区域 ,并在高压输电网和配电系统上的任何电压等级上进行测量。实时频率数据将通过 Internet采集在中央控制室的服务器中。
