摘要：

<正>目前关于前交叉韧带断裂与骨性关节炎发生、发展的关系的典型病例报道较少,笔者于2013-03-29收治1例较为典型的前交叉韧带断裂后膝关节继发严重骨性关节炎,报告如下。1临床资料患者,男,23岁,主因扭伤后右膝关节间断疼痛并行走时不稳7年入院。患者于7年前不慎扭伤右膝,伤后即感右膝疼痛并肿胀,自行修养消肿后出现行走时右膝关节不稳,尤其是做急停急转动作时明
