摘要：

自从1983年幽门螺杆菌(Hp)被发现,人们对胃黏膜损伤机制的认识发生了彻底的变革。Hp可通过定植、自身致病因子直接造成胃黏膜损伤,也可间接通过增加宿主细胞氧自由基和胃酸的产生,诱发免疫反应而损伤胃黏膜。此文就Hp与胃黏膜损伤关系的研究现状和进展作一综述。
