一株极端嗜热木聚糖分解细菌的分离及特性

摘要
从四川康定热温泉中分离出一株厌氧、极端嗜热的木聚糖分解细菌、该菌株革兰氏染色阴性 ,不运动 ,不形成芽孢 ,细胞呈杆状 ,单个或成对排列 ,宽 0 7~ 1.0μm ,长 2 0~ 5 .0μm .在木聚糖琼脂滚管上 75℃培养 3 d以后的菌落呈圆形、凸状、边缘整齐、透明、不产色素、发酵木聚糖产生二氧化碳、氢、乳酸、乙酸及微量乙醇 .
