摘要：

企业非技术创新理论是创新经济学的重要内容,其研究有助于全面认识创新驱动经济发展的内涵。非技术要素的协同创新及其与企业绩效、技术创新的紧密联动性,使得创新经济学研究从技术向非技术领域延伸成为必然。本文在认识非技术要素的性质与特征的基础上,对企业非技术创新的思想形成、引导因素、选择机制、对企业绩效的影响及与技术创新的协同性研究进展进行了较系统的梳理和评述,以期系统认识企业非技术创新的理论与实践意义。
