摘要：

全球化背景下的国际机制与国际组织扩散,导致全球治理机制出现碎片化的趋势,这一命题需要从理论高度予以关注。通过辨析治理机制碎片化的基本概念与形成条件,梳理其在全球治理与区域治理中的表现及其原因,我们可以探讨其产生的后果与解决的方案。就未来的发展而言,全球治理机制需要朝着整体性治理机制的方向迈进,其中机制融合是这一目标得以实现的中间环节。
