<正>炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一类病因尚不明确的以肠道免疫功能紊乱为主的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,主要包括克罗恩病(Crohn disease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)。随着对IBD认识的不断深入以及治疗方法的不断完善,临床治疗终点已从单纯临床症状和血清学指标缓解,发展到内镜缓解(endoscopicremission)及黏膜愈合(mucosal healing,MH)。治疗理念的改变给内镜在IBD病情活动度的评估提出了更高的要求,传统的结肠镜
