幽门螺杆菌多重耐药性与其外排泵抑制剂研究进展

摘要
随着抗生素的广泛大量的使用,细菌的耐药性及耐药水平越来越高,给临床抗菌治疗带来了困难,必须引起足够重视。幽门螺杆菌耐药率不断上升,而且已经出现同时对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林耐药的多重耐药株,近年发现的能引起多重药物耐受(multidrug resistance,MDR)的外排泵系统在临床耐药中扮演越来越重要的角色。因此,对幽门螺杆菌多重耐药机制及其外排泵抑制剂进行研究,以解决幽门螺杆菌日益增高的耐药性问题,具有重要的临床意义。
