摘要：

总结56例早产儿母婴互动的护理对策经验。本组通过指导开展以家庭为中心的护理模式,采用袋鼠式照顾的方式,以增强母婴依附。提供"读懂早产儿行为暗示"干预,提高照顾者敏感度。开展家庭访视,提高持续干预等护理对策,促进了早产儿母婴的良好互动。
